You’ll be charged monthly at the start of your billing cycle, based on your signup date. Payments are made upfront, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the charge is successful.

If your payment fails or your subscription isn’t renewed, you’ll have a 10-day grace period before your account, including client access, is suspended. After suspension, we’ll retain your data for 180 days in case you choose to renew during that period. You’ll also receive email notifications before any critical actions are taken.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for unused days. After cancellation, Podyx will no longer process bookings or payments on your behalf.

The payment processing fee is charged automatically immediately after someone makes a booking through the Podyx platform.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your CMS. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can update your card or billing details anytime from your dashboard under Account > Plan Management.

No. Payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover costs associated with payment processing and infrastructure at the time of booking, even if the session is later canceled.

Yes! If you return to Podyx Premium Plan, you'll get free community access again. Or you can subscribe for $49/month independently at any time.

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Account Settings. Once deleted, you and your users lose access immediately. Your data can be restored within 30 days if you change your mind. Note that bookings are not canceled automatically: you remain responsible for cancellations and client communication.
