You’ll be charged at the start of each billing cycle — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — based on your signup date. Payments are made upfront, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the charge is successful.

If your payment fails or your subscription isn’t renewed, you’ll have a 10-day grace period before your account, including client access, is suspended. After suspension, we’ll retain your data for 180 days in case you choose to renew during that period. You’ll also receive email notifications before any critical actions are taken.

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for unused days. After cancellation, Podyx will no longer process bookings or payments on your behalf.

This option isn’t available at the moment. We’re considering it for future updates, so feel free to let us know if it’s something you’d find useful.

Yes, on the Premium plan. Build your own booking page, workflows or apps on the bookings, availability, clients and sessions already in Podyx, with up to 10,000 API calls a month. If you need more, talk to us. The full documentation is at docs.podyx.com.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your CMS. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

You can update your card or billing details anytime from your dashboard under Account > Plan Management.

No. Podyx charges no processing fees on any plan. Stripe and Square charge their own standard card fees.

Clients request a session and you approve it and charge them by any method you like. Same plan price, no fees.

Yes. Annual plans get 2 months free and renew at the list price at the time of renewal.

Yes! If you return to Podyx Premium Plan, you'll get free community access again. Or you can subscribe for $49/month independently at any time.

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Account Settings. Once deleted, you and your users lose access immediately. Your data can be restored within 30 days if you change your mind. Note that bookings are not canceled automatically: you remain responsible for cancellations and client communication.
