About Podyx

We run a studio too.
That's why we built Podyx.

Podyx is the operating system for content studios. We started building it in 2022 to run our own podcast studio. Today a team of studio and software people build it, and 200 studios in 25 countries run on it.

A letter from our founder

We built Podyx
for our own studio first.

Every booking tool we tried was built for meetings. None of them understood that one room can be four different setups.

In 2022 we opened Poddster, a podcast studio in Dubai. We ran it on a patchwork of different tools, and none of them gave our clients the experience we wanted them to have. Behind the scenes, we lost an enormous amount of time to manual work: confirming sessions, chasing payments, sending files.

At first I thought it was all about the booking experience. It was, but that's not where the story ends. It's where it begins. After the booking come the packages, the add-ons, the invoices and the files after the session. So we built our own system to run the whole studio. It wasn't a company yet, just the thing we needed.

Then other studio owners saw it and asked if they could use it. That's when we decided to spin it out and share it with the rest of the industry. The first pilot studios came on board in mid 2024, we launched officially in mid 2025, and by January 2026 a hundred studios were running on Podyx.

We still run Poddster, and every feature gets used on a real studio floor before it reaches yours. We're a small team and we won't get everything right. When we don't, tell us. You'll be talking to the people who build it.

To every studio that trusted us early: thank you. You shaped this product more than you know.

What we believe

Content studios are
the next big industry.

Every brand now needs a steady stream of content, and every creator wants to turn an audience into a business. Both need professional help to get there: a room, the gear, the people and a process that turns an idea into a finished episode. A few years ago that took a production company, a team of five and tens of thousands of dollars. Today a content studio does it in an afternoon for a few hundred. We believe studios are becoming the infrastructure of how brands and creators communicate. We are not just a software company: we run a studio ourselves, so we know the business behind the booking.

Brands

Every brand is a media company.

Founders, executives and marketing teams need content every week, and most have nowhere to make it.

Creators

Every creator is a business.

An audience is the start. Turning it into a living takes professional production and a team behind it.

Studios

Studios make both happen.

The studios that run like real businesses will lead this industry. Podyx exists to help them do that.

How we work

What you can expect
from the people behind Podyx.

  1. We run a studio ourselves.

Poddster is our test floor. Features get used on real sessions, with real clients, before they reach your studio.

  2. Every feature starts with a studio owner.

We spend our days talking to studio owners: on calls, in the community, at events and on our own studio floor. What they struggle with is what we build next.

  3. You reach the people who build it.

When you need help, you talk to our team. The same people help you set up your studio, answer your questions and pass your ideas straight to product.

  4. We are here for the long run.

Podyx is our company, and our own studio runs on it. We are not going anywhere.
