Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged monthly at the start of your billing cycle, based on your signup date. Payments are made upfront, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once the charge is successful.

What happens if I don’t pay?

If your payment fails or your subscription isn’t renewed, you’ll have a 10-day grace period before your account - including client access - is suspended. After suspension, we’ll retain your data for 180 days in case you choose to renew during that period. You’ll also receive email notifications before any critical actions are taken.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes - you can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for unused days. After cancellation, Podyx will no longer process bookings or payments on your behalf.

When is the payment processing fee charged?

The payment processing fee is charged automatically immediately after someone makes a booking through the Podyx platform.

Can I pause my subscription?

This option isn’t available at the moment. We’re considering it for future updates - feel free to let us know if it’s something you’d find useful.

Can I switch between pricing plans?

Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your CMS. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

How do I update my billing info or payment method?

You can update your card or billing details anytime from your dashboard under Account > Plan Management.

Do I get the payment processing fee back if a session is canceled?

No. Payment processing fees are non-refundable, as they cover costs associated with payment processing and infrastructure at the time of booking - even if the session is later canceled.

Are there contracts or hidden fees?

No contracts, no hidden fees, and no surprises. You’re only charged what’s listed for your selected plan and payment method.

Do you offer annual pricing?

Not at the moment. We’re exploring discounted annual plans - let us know if you're interested.

How much does the Podcast Studio Owners Community cost?

• Free for all active Premium Plan Podyx users.
• $49/month for non-Podyx users or Essential Plan Podyx users (includes a 7-day free trial).

What happens with my access to the Podcast Studio Owners Community if I cancel my Podyx Premium Plan?

You’ll lose free access to the community at the end of your current billing cycle. You can still join the community separately for $49/month.

Can I rejoin the community later?

Yes! If you return to Podyx Premium Plan, you'll get free community access again. Or you can subscribe for $49/month independently at any time.

Can I delete my account if I decide to stop using Podyx?

Yes. You can delete your account anytime from Account Settings. Once deleted, you and your users lose access immediately. Your data can be restored within 30 days if you change your mind. Note that bookings are not canceled automatically – you remain responsible for cancellations and client communication.
